Kirk Syme is the principle partner of Woodstock Development.

Founded in 1996, Woodstock Development, Inc. develops, owns and manages commercial real estate and residential subdivisions principally located in San Mateo, Alameda and Santa Clara counties. It is wholly owned by Kirk C. Syme who oversees all company operation including property acquisition, development, property management and asset management.

Woodstock Development has no experience whatsoever in resort development. The company only has a record in industrial and corporate buildings. Take a look at their portofolio.
