A while back, Placer County Planning removed from their website any information
devoted to the Foster/Syme/Royal Gorge LLC
project
(Community Development Resource Agency).
For a while, a bunch of Royal Gorge LLC. documents obtained
through legal action
pursued by the Serene Lake
Property Owner Association (SLPOA) and by
The Union, a local newspaper, were posted there. These preliminary documents, released January 3, 2008, were copied and saved
on the SLPOA web site:

One should not expect any new information to be posted by Placer County until Royal Gorge LLC. submits a formal
application.
